Hair Bye Felicia reserves the right to Reschedule, Refuse, or Reduce any services.

All clients will be required to have a current/ Active credit card on file.

Cancelling Appointments

I ask for a 48 hour notice of canceling your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time slot, the card on file will be charged the 85% Fee. Services charged by the hour will be charged the 85% fee of the total cost of the minimum time given( 3 Hours).

No Call, No Show

If you do not show up for your appointment without calling or canceling in the time given your card on file will be charged a 85% fee. Services charged by the hour will be charged 85% of the total cost of the minimum time given (3 hours).

Appointment Confirmations and Reminders

You will receive a text or email to confirm your appointment. If you’re able to make it, please confirm the appointment. There will be a link to do so. If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please go into the booking site to do so. If you do not confirm the appointment, it will NOT mean an automatic cancellation and, if you do no show, you will be considered a no call no show and will be charged the 85% cancellation Fee.

Arrival Time

For the respect of my business and other clients time, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time, not after. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, depending on the service booked. If we need to reschedule due to your late arrival, the credit card on file will be charged 25% of the service quoted. If you are running late please call or text me 10 minutes before your appointment time.
